摘要
文献资源共享和知识产权保护利益平衡是现代图书馆建设过程中要注重的问题,一方面要保护权利人的合法权益,另一方面要兼顾公众的利益。只有合法合理地保护知识产权,严厉打击各种侵权行为,才能激发知识生产者的创造热情,创造出更多的智力成果,满足人们日益增长的物质文化需要,推动社会的发展。
The literature resource sharing and intellectual property protection to balance the interests of modern library construction process to focus on the question, on the one hand to protect the legitimate interests of rights holders, on the other hand to take into account the public interest. Only legitimate and reasonable protection of intellectual property rights and crack down on all kinds of violations, in order to stimulate the creative enthusiasm of knowledge producers to create more intellectual achievements, to meet people＇s growing material and cultural needs, and promote social development.
