摘要
现代信息技术的发展为信息资源共享构筑了良好的平台。针对信息资源在共享中存在与知识产权保护的冲突问题,从人文研究方法厘清信息资源共享与知识产权的关系,阐明了如何避免知识产权保护与信息资源共享的冲突,提出了信息资源共享与知识产权保护协调发展的具体措施。
The development of modern information technology builds up a good platform for sharing of literature resources.Its swiftness,convenience and informative feature enable it to be ideal tool for citizens to study.However,this literature resource sharing conflicts with intellectual property protection.The relationship between resource sharing and intellectual property was clarified by humanities research methods.It was discussed how to avoid the conflict between the intellectual property protection and the resource-sharing.Some specific measures were proposed to coordinate the developments of both literature resources sharing and intellectual property protection.
