摘要
目的根据替牙期上颌中切牙重度扭转的矫治特点,寻求一种应用于此类畸形早期矫治的最佳方法 ,使其矫治的速度和效果更理想。方法在矫治初期,利用"改良Nance弓附牵引钩"的力偶原理将扭转牙的重度畸形转化为中度畸形,再用2×4矫治技术对扭转牙进行三维方向的排齐整平。结果 18例患者经治疗后均获得良好的效果。结论 "改良Nance弓附牵引钩+2×4矫治技术"能快速有效地整平替牙期上颌中切牙的重度扭转,阻断其错牙合畸形的发展,为患儿牙牙合面的正常发育提供有利的环境。
Objective To seek the best method of orthodonticly treating maxillary central incisor severe torsion in dental transitional period according to orthodontic characteristic of this kind of demormity which make the speed and effect of the treatment more ideal. Methods At the early stage of orthodontic treatment,severe demormity of rotated tooth transformed to moderate demormity using couple principle of modified Nance arch attaching towing hook,then rotated tooth was given the three-dimensional direction of alignment and levelling using 2-4 orthodontic technology. Results 18 patients obtained good effect after treatment. Conclusion Modified Nance arch attaching towing hook combined with 2-4 orthodontic technology can effectively level the severe demormity of maxillary central incisor severe torsion in den- tal transitional period,and block the development of its malocclusion deformity,provide a favorable environment for thenormal development of maxilloface in children.
