摘要
目的:探讨自拟中药汤剂联合西药治疗消化性溃疡的疗效分析及不良反应观察,为临床诊断治疗提供参考。方法:将本组126例消化性溃疡患者按照随机数字表法将其随机分为对照组(n=63)和观察组(n=63);对照组给予西药常规治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上服用自拟中药汤剂;两组治疗均以6周为1个疗程;疗程结束后观察两组患者临床疗效、幽门螺旋菌转阴率以及不良反应发生情况;两组患者一般资料经统计学分析表明差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05),具有可比性。结果:治疗组治疗后总有效率(95.24%)显著高于对照组(79.37%),且有显著性差异(P<0.05);治疗组幽门螺旋菌转阴率(92.16%)显著高于对照组(72.00%),且有显著性差异(P<0.05);治疗组不良反应发生率(6.35%)显著低于对照组(14.29%),且有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:自拟中药汤剂联合西药治疗消化性溃疡疗效显著,且不良反应发生率低,具有重要的临床研究价值,值得推广应用。
Objective： To investigate the efficacy of self- made decoction combined western medicine treatment of peptic ulcer and adverse reactions and to provide a reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment. Methods： 126 cases of peptic ulcer patients in this group according to the random number table were randomly divided into control group（ n = 63）and observation group（ n = 63）. The control group received conventional western medicine treatment and the treatment group on the basis used the self- made decoction. Six weeks was for a course. The clinical efficacy,H. pylori（ Hp） negative rate and adverse events were observed after treatment patients. The general information analysis showed no statistically significant difference between two groups（ P 〉0. 05）. Results： The total effective rate（ 95. 24%） in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group（ 79. 37%） after treatment and there was a significant difference（ P 〈0. 05）. The treatment group＇s Hp negative rate（ 92. 16%） was significantly higher than that of the control group（ 72. 00%） and there was a significant difference（ P〈 0. 05）. The adverse reaction rate of the treatment group（ 6. 35%） was significantly lower than that of the control group（ 14. 29%） and there was a significant difference（ P〈 0.05）. Conclusion： The self- made decoction combined western medicine treatment of peptic ulcer has significant effect and low incidence of adverse reactions. It has important clinical research value and should be widely applied.
