摘要
目的探讨对结肠造口患者实施个性化定制健康宣教对其自我护理能力的影响,以选择合适的健康教育模式。方法选取低位直肠癌行Miles术结肠造口的患者107例,随机分为2组。对照组48例给予常规健康教育,观察组49例在对照组基础上给予个性化定制健康宣教。采用ESCA量表对2组患者自我护理能力进行评价,并采用本院自制调查表对患者的知识掌握情况进行评价。结果干预前,2组患者ESCA各方面得分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。经过干预,观察组患者自我护理技能、自护责任感、自我概念、健康知识水平以及总分均显著高于对照组,且观察组在基本知识、造口周围皮肤护理、造口袋清洁更换以及并发症处理4个方面的得分也均显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用个性化方案对患者进行健康宣教,有利于患者掌握结肠造口的相关知识,可提高其自我护理能力,减少患者对他人的依赖,提高患者的生活质量。
Objective To investigate individualized health education in improving self-nursing ability of colostomy patients so as to select appropriate health education. Methods A total of 107 patients with lower colorectal cancer were randomly divided into two groups. The control group with 48 patients received conventional health education while the observation group with 49 patients was given individualized health education on the basis of the control group. ESCA scale was used to evaluate self-nursing of two groups. And self-made questionnaire was used to evaluate the knowledge awareness.Results Before intervention,the difference in scores of ESCA was not statistically significant( P 〉0.05). After intervention,self-nursing skills,self-nursing responsibility,self-concept,health knowledge scores and overall score in the observation group were higher than that in the control group. And the scores of basic knowledge,stoma skin nursing,stoma bags cleaning and replacement and complications were significantly higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant( P〈0. 05). Conclusion Individualized health education help patients to master colostomy relevant knowledge and self-nursing ability,reduce dependence and improve quality of life of patients.
