摘要
以两种缸盖上水套芯的设计为例,总结了射砂面及射砂口位置选择的原则:(1)应尽量选择在大的平面上;(2)应尽量避免芯砂直接冲到芯盒的凸起部位、抽芯棒等物件上,尽量保证芯盒盒腔畅通;(3)要避免形成覆膜砂不能充填的角落;(4)射砂嘴应尽量均匀分布,特别是水平分盒的芯盒更应如此。介绍了用于LB50HHBE和BP热芯机上的水套芯盒的射嘴改进过程,指出设计射嘴结构时要考虑覆膜砂静止安息角,并且要考虑保险系数;最后对热芯盒的排气系统设计、热芯盒盒体本体的材料选择、热芯盒加热管的设计等进行了介绍。
Taking the top water jacket cores of two cylinder heads as examples,the choice principle of the face for sand injecting and the positions for setting sand injectors were summarized as follows:(1)Big flat face should be chosen as possible as face for sand injecting and for setting injectors;(2)It was necessary to avoid as possible that the core sand would strike on to the convex places and on to the drawing rod etc to ensure the inner cavity of the core box as possible through;(3)It should be avoided to form corners which couldn't be filled by the coated-sand;(4)The sand injectors should be distributed uniformly,especially for the horizontally parted core boxes. The improving process of the sand injectors used for making water jacket core on the LB50 HHBE and BP hot core making machines was described. It was pointed out that when designing the construction of injector,it's necessary to consider the rest angle of the resin-coated sand,and it's also necessary to be multiplied by an insurance factor. Finally an introduction was given to the venting system design,material choice of the core box body,heating tubes design and so on.
