摘要
介绍发热芯的制备工艺及使用经验。研究表明,在暗冒口中安放发热芯可以有效地提高冒口补缩效率,减少缩孔缺陷.且发热芯的成本较低,具有推广价值。
In this paper the authers have described the making process of exother-mic core and it's application in blind riser. The study has shown that the exothermiccores setting in blind riser will increase the feeding efficiency of the riser and eliminatethe shrinkage defects in the casting. It is worth using the exothermic core in blind riser.
