摘要
为了实现有限的政府财政资金在公租房建设中的高效应用,进而缓解公租房建设资金短缺的问题,论文提出将机会约束目标规划模型引入到公租房建设的构想。重点对机会约束目标规划模型应用于公租房建设投资优化的运作模式进行探讨。
In order to achieve efficiently used of limited government financial resources in the construction of public rental housing, and alleviate the shortage of funds for the construction, this paper provides the idea of Goal Programming. It also discusses the operation model of Chance-Constrained Goal Programming in the investment optimization of the construction of public rental housing.
