摘要
针对我国公共租赁房建设资金短缺的问题,提出将REITs引入公共租赁房建设的构想。重点对公共租赁房建设引入REITs的重要意义、REITs模式在公共租赁房建设中的运作模式进行探讨。
In view of the existing financial problems in the construction of public letting house,this paper provides the idea of application of REITs.It also analyses the value of the application of REITs in the construction of public letting house,and designs the operation model of REITs.
