摘要
针对苏里格气田苏11-1集气站工艺流程和危险危害因素特点,对集气站安全性进行了模糊综合评价。首先,将集气站系统划分为6个评价单元并建立评价等级集合;其次,采用层次分析法、多维量表法构建评价单元权重及模糊关系矩阵,并计算模糊综合评价结果;最后,用加权平均原则确定集气站系统的安全等级。结果表明:苏11-1集气站安全级数为0.507,介于较不安全与中等安全之间。根据单元权重与评价结果提出该气站的安全应对措施。
According to the technological process and the dangerous and harmful factors of Su 11-1 gas gathering station in Sulige Gasfield,the safety of the gas gathering station is studied based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.The gas gathering system of the station is divided into six evaluation units,and an evaluation grade set is established.The weights of the evaluation units and the fuzzy relation matrix of the system are established using analytic hierarchy process and multidimensional scaling,and the safety grade of the gas gathering system is gotten using the weighted average principle.The safety grade of Su 11-1 gas gathering station is 0.507,which is between less security and medium security,and some safety countermeasures are proposed according to the weights of the units and the evaluation result.
