摘要
通过对多种风险评价方法的比较,确定采用模糊综合评价法对城市天然气管道占压隐患进行风险评价。应用模糊数学方法建立了城市天然气管道占压隐患的模糊综合评价模型。结合实例,编制模糊综合评价软件对北京市城市天然气管道占压隐患进行评价。
By comparison of various risk assessment methods, it is determined that the fuzzy com- prehensive assessment method is used to perform risk assessment on hidden danger of encroachment on city natural gas pipelines. The model for the fuzzy comprehensive assessment on hidden danger of en- croachment on city natural gas pipelines is established by fuzzy mathematical method. With examples, the fuzzy comprehensive assessment software is programmed to evaluate the hidden danger of encroach- ment on city natural gas pipelines in Beijing City.
