摘要
目的:分析2010-2013年我院抗菌药物的使用情况及细菌耐药情况。方法:选取2010年1月-2013年12月住院归档病历1000份,对统计、分析抗菌药物应用病例,了解细菌耐药情况,评价用药合理性。结果:1000份病历中,800份曾应用抗菌药物,占80.0%;800份抗菌药物应用病历中,710份符合抗菌药物应用分级标准,占88.8%。结论:我院住院患者抗菌药物应用情况较合理,但仍存在不足之处,需采取措施提升抗菌药物分级管理水平。
Objective： To analyze the use of antibacterial agents in our hospital from 2010 to 2013 and the status of bacterial resistance, methods： January 2010 -December 2013 1000 inpatient archive records, statistics, analysis of antimicrobial agents application cases, the understanding of bacterial drug resistance, evaluation of rationality. Results： 1000 medical records of 800 had application of antimicrobial agents, accounted for 80.0%; 800 antimicrobial application notes, in 800 a classification standard for antimicrobial application, accounting for 88.8%. Conclusion： the more reasonable application of antimicrobial agents in our hospital inpatients, but there are still shortcomings, needs to take measures to enhance the level of antimicrobial drugs classification management.
