摘要
目的:观察冠心病心悸患者应用补心汤治疗的临床疗效。方法:选取我院收治的冠心病心悸患者50例,随机将其分成观察组25例,对照组25例,对照组患者口服西药慢心律,观察组患者应用补心汤治疗,观察治疗效果。结果:治疗结束后两组患者均未出现严重不良反应,观察组治疗有效率为96.0%,治疗后室性早搏数降低至(248.90±68.41),均优于对照组的84.0%、(537.03±44.80)(P<0.05)。结论:冠心病心悸患者应用补心汤治疗,疗效满意,安全性高,值得临床进一步应用。
Objective： To observe clincial effects of the Buxin decoction on treating coronary heart palpitations. Methods： 50 patients were randomly divided into the observation group （25 cases） and the control group （25 cases）. The control group was given western medicine, while the observation group was given the Buxin decoction, clinical effects were observed. Results： After treatment, there were no serious adverse reactions in two groups, the total efficiency in the observation group （96.0%） was significantly better than that （84.0%） in the control group （P〈0.05）. The number of premature ventricular contractions reduced to （248.90±68.41）, and better than （537.03±44.80） in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Clinical effects of the Buxin decoction were confirmed and safe, and the decoction was worthy of clinical promotion.
