摘要
本法治疗早搏病人４４例，有效率为６８．１８％。４４例共治疗３８１次，治疗后即时疗效为６７．７０％。治疗前心率平均７４．１２±１０．６６次／分，治疗后心率平均７０．８２±９．４９次／分，有非常显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．００１），治疗后心率变化与治疗前心率快慢有关，提示此法对心率有双向调节作用。
Forty four cases of premature beat were treated with TENS of intra-aural heart point. The effective rate was 68.18%. In a total of 381 times of treatments observed in 44 cases, the immediate therapeutic effect was 67. 7%. Before treatment the averageheart rate was 74. 12±10. 66/min, and after treatment it was 70. 82±9. 49/min. There was a statistically significant difference between them (P<0. 001).The change of heart rate induced by the treatmentwas related to the level of original heart rate, suggesting a biphasic regulating function of the therapy to the heart rate.
