摘要
目的:观察奥硝唑结合中药熏洗治疗滴虫性阴道炎的临床效果。方法:将从2011年6月-2013年6月到本院就治的180例滴虫性阴道炎患者随机平均分为治疗组和对照组,对照组给予奥硝唑,治疗组在口服奥硝唑基础上给予中药熏洗,疗程均为7d,比较疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);随访治疗组复发情况等优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:奥硝唑结合中药熏洗治疗滴虫性阴道炎可取得更好治疗效果。
Objective： To observe effects of ornidazole plus TCM medicine fumigation on trichomonas vaginitis. Methods： 180 patients in our hospital from June 2011 to June 2013 were randomly divided into two groups, 90 cases for each. The control group was given ornidazole; another was given TCM medicine fumigation more; 7 days of 1 course. The efficacy in two groups was compared. Results： The total efficacy in the treatment was higher （P〈0.05）, recurrence rate in the treatment was lower （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Omidazole plus TCM medicine fumigation shows obvious effects on trichomonas vaginitis.
