摘要
采用Delphi 7.0编制了混合溶剂闪点预测软件。采用廖宏章等和Catoire等提出的闪点计算模型,结合Wilson、NRTL和UNIFAC等活度系数方程,对文献报道的77个二元系、21个三元系和4个四元系溶剂混合物的闪点进行了估算,与实验结果相比,总平均绝对误差小于3 K,相对误差小于1%,可为实际应用提供可靠的预测数据。
Delphi 7. the flash point of Horng-Jang Liaw 0 was used to write the software to estimate mixed solvent. By combining the model of and Catoire, which can calculate the flash point with activity coefficient equation of Wilson, NRTL and Unifac, the flash point of mixed solvent of 77 binary systems, 21 ternary systems and 4 quaternary systems were estimated. By comparing with experimental data, the total average error can be less than 3 K, and the relative error can be less than 1 %, which can provide a reliable estimation data for the real application.
