摘要
文章从国家产业结构转型升级的要求、职业教育发展的规律、高职院校的自身需要、地方本科院校转型发展的机遇四个方面论述了高职教育转型发展的必要性,并以湖北职业技术学院为例,探讨了高职院校转型发展的根本目标、基本要求、根本路径、重要内容。
In this paper,the necessity of transformation development for higher vocational education is demonstrated from four aspects： the requirement for the national industrial restructuring and upgrading,the development law of vocational education,needs of vocational colleges and opportunities of local universities for making transformation development. Moreover,a case study is made on Hubei Polytechnic Institute to investigate the fundamental goal,basic requirements,paths and important contents for the transformation development of vocational colleges.
