三角模糊AHP和灰色关联法在CNG加气站安全评价中的应用

摘要 通过对CNG加气站危险因素的综合分析,从人员、设备、管理和环境四方面进行考虑,建立了CNG加气站安全评价层次结构模型和安全等级评分标准。运用三角模糊AHP法确定各指标的权重,采用灰色关联度法计算各参评数据序列与各个等级标准数据序列的关联度,从而确定加气站所属的安全等级,不但为CNG加气站的管理者提供了新的评价方法,而且为改善CNG加气站的安全管理提供参考,从而促进CNG加气站的安全运行。 Through comprehensive analysis of risk factors for CNG filling stations, the safety assessment criteria hierarchy model and the security level for the CNG filling station were established considering the four aspects of personnel, equipment, management and environment. Triangular fuzzy AHP method was used to determine the weight of each index, and the grey correlation method was used to calculate the correlation degree between the given sequence and the standard sequence, then security level of the filling station was determined. This paper not only can provide a new evaluation method for CNG filling station managers, but also can provide the useful reference for improving the safety management of the CNG filling stations.
