摘要 肺癌发生发展的生理学过程受多种因素调控。长链非编码RNA(long non-coding RNA,lncRNA)作为非编码RNA的一个重要类型,主要通过表观遗传水平、转录及转录后水平调控基因的表达,从而参与肿瘤生物学功能。近年研究发现lncRNA在肺癌发生、发展和耐药中可能起着关键的调控作用。本文就国内外lncRNA与肺癌研究的最新进展作一综述。 Nowadays, occurrence of lung cancer and development process are regulated by multiple physiology fac- tors. As one of the important type of non coding RNA, long non - coding RNA (lncRNA) participates in the physio- logical process of human cancer via regulating gene expression in epigenetie, transcriptional and post transcriptional level. Recent studies have found that lncRNA may play a key regulatory role in lung cancer occurrence, development and drug resistance. In this paper, the domestic and international latest progress and research of lncRNA and lung cancer are reviewed.
