长链非编码RNA在胃癌中的研究进展

摘要 胃癌是消化道最常见的恶性肿瘤,其发病机制非常复杂。长链非编码RNA(long non-coding RNA,lncRNA)在肿瘤的发生发展过程中扮演着重要的角色。研究表明,多个lncRNA在胃癌中异常表达,通过影响p53、c-myc和pten等基因的功能进而参与胃癌细胞的增殖、侵袭和凋亡等生物学过程的调控。本文将参与胃癌发生的lncRNA进行综述。 Gastric carcinoma is the common malignant tumor of digestive tract and the pathogenesis is unclear to date.Long non-coding RNA( lncRNA) plays an important role in development of malignancy. Series of studies indicate that diverse lncRNAs are dysregulated in lines and surgical tissues of gastric cancer and influence the processes of proliferation,invasion and apoptosis via interacting with p53,c-myc and pten. Herein,we will review the known findings and results of lncRNAs in gastric cancer.
