儿童神经母细胞瘤诊疗专家共识 被引量：100

摘要 神经母细胞瘤（neuroblastoma，NB）起源于肾上腺髓质或椎旁交感神经系统，是儿童期最常见的颅外实体瘤，美国NCI调查结果显示神经母细胞瘤的发病率1975年至2009年为10．54／1000000（15岁以下的儿童）。神经母细胞瘤是异质性非常强的肿瘤，一些肿瘤可不经治疗自发消退，但大部分肿瘤发病隐匿，诊断时已出现全身转移并快速进展以致最终致命。
