摘要
本文以汽车用7075铝合金为研究对象,采用显微硬度仪、扫描电镜、万能试验机等测试方法,研究固溶处理工艺对铝合金显微组织、显微硬度、拉伸性能的影响。结果表明:随固溶温度和固溶时间增长,铝合金的晶粒尺寸、硬度和抗拉强度增大较小,而弹性模量和屈服强度均有大幅上升,断后伸长率有所减小。经475°C/60 min+480°C/150 min固溶处理后,合金的晶粒尺寸达到261.5μm;弹性模量达到6702.28 N·mm-2;屈服强度达到472.69 N·mm-2;断后伸长率为14.90%。
This paper studied the effect of the solid solution treatment process on the microtissue, microhardness and tensile property of aluminum 7075 alloy by means of microhardness tester、SEM、universal tester and so on. Results showed that the grain size, microhardness and tensile strength of Al 7075 had the little increase with the increase of the solid solution temperature and time, while the elastic modulus and yield strength increased significantly, elongation rate decreased. After the solid solution treatment of 475 ° C/ 60 min+480° C /150 min, the grain size of the alloy reached 261.5 μ m; elastic modulus reaches 6702.28 N?mm-2;yield strength is up to 472.69 N?mm-2;elongation fracture later is 14.90%.
