摘要 研究了固溶温度对超级双相不锈钢00Cr26Ni5Mo2Cu3Re显微组织及耐蚀性的影响。结果表明:随固溶温度的升高,双相不锈钢中铁素体含量逐渐增多,奥氏体含量逐渐减少,其显微硬度在1000~1050℃时增大明显。在1050~1125℃进行固溶处理,其耐晶间腐蚀性最好,建议2605超级双相不锈钢固溶处理工艺为1100℃保温2h,水冷。 The effects of solution temperature on microstructure and corrision properties of super duplex stainless steel 00Cr26Ni5Mo2Cu3Re were studied.The results show that the content of α phase gradually rises with the increase of solid solution temperature,γ phase decreases and the hardness of micro-structure increases obvious by at 1000 ℃~ 1050 ℃.Solution-treated at 1040 ℃~1120 ℃,the corrosion resistance property is very excellent.It can be obtained that the optimized technology is heated at 1100 ℃ for 2 h by water cooling.
