摘要
根据道路收麦车执行机构需要做出的运动,设计出收麦机构与倒麦机构的液压系统并简要介绍此液压系统的组成和特点。对液压系统中各元件设置参数并进行计算,选出合适的液压泵和液压马达。利用AMESim仿真软件对液压系统进行建模和仿真,设置一个外部负载参数信号,对液压元件各参数进行设置,总结液压系统回路的压力、流量变化规律。结果表明:仿真结果与参数设置基本符合,所设计的道路收麦车液压传动系统是合理的。
The hydraulic system of car fan and the bin was designed according to the working principle of road sweeper, and briefly introduced the structure and characteristics of the system. The model and simulation of hydraulic system were established by using AMESim simulation software. We set up an external load signal parameters and set the parameters of hydraulic components, research on the hydraulic system pressure and flow of the loop of the car fan and the bin. Simulation results showed there was no difference with the results of simulation and parameter settings, the design of the hydraulic drive system for small garbage was reasonable.
