摘要
从混凝土泵车节能的角度出发,提出了实现泵车节能的理论和控制方法。根据实际工作中不同工作要求,对应不同的柴油机油门位置和转速。为使柴油机转速控制在规定的低油耗区内工作,在油门控制中采用了模糊PID控制方法。根据泵车外部负载改变而引起的柴油机转速的变化情况,由模糊PID控制器实时控制直流伺服电机实现对油门位置的精确控制,从而达到节能的目的,并通过Matlab/Simulink仿真表明,模糊PID控制效果优于传统的PID控制,能实现对油门的精确控制。
From the point of saving energy of the concrete pump truck, a controlling strategy has been brought forward. According to different working objects and demands, the position of accelerograph and the engine speed are also varied. Fuzzy-PID controlling method is used to make the engine speed in the provisions regional of low fuel consumption. The position of the accelerograph is precisely controlled by the DC servo motor with the fuzzy-PID controller according to the changing of the engine speed which is caused by the pump truck' s external load changes, so that saving energy is realized. It is indicated that Fuzzy-PID controller is superior to the traditional PID controller by the simulating of Matlab/Simulink, and the method is feasible.
