摘要
通过问卷调查、电话访谈和会面约谈等方式,从企事业单位领导、高职院校教师、顶岗实习学生及其他社会人士四个方面,就高职"2+1"顶岗实习人才培养模式的开展成效,做了大量的调查研究。研究结果表明,该模式获得了极高的社会认同度,而如何融合企业生产与高职教学之间的关系,成为目前高职院校创新人才培养模式、提升内涵建设所面临的重大课题。
The investigation and research of＂ 2＋1＂ post practice talent training mode＇s effects is carried inthe four aspects of enterprise and institution＇s leaders, higher vocational college＇s teachers, post practice studentsand social people fi＇om various circles, by the way of questionnaire, telephone interview and meeting interview,etc. The results show that the mode has gained extremely high social identity, and it is a significant subject facingby the innovative talent training mode and connotation promoting construction that how to resolve thecontradiction of enterprise production and higher vocational teaching.
