工艺过程中全相关尺寸模型的建立 被引量:3

Establishing of the Full Correlation Dimension Model in Machining Process

摘要 针对工艺尺寸式描述的尺寸关系不直观且只能够描述一个尺寸关系等问题,文章用工艺尺寸路线图描述零件加工过程中的尺寸关系,用带下标的英文字母表示零件在加工过程中各加工要素,用有向线段表示基准至加工要素之间的工序尺寸,按工件的加工顺序依次用树图的形式画出工序尺寸即可得到工艺尺寸路线图,路线图能够直观地表达所有的工艺尺寸关系,且能够描述加工顺序及各个工序基准,易于建立全相关尺寸模型,适合计算机辅助工序尺寸及公差的设计。 Aiming at the issues that process dimension formula can only describe a dimension relation and not intuitively describe dimension relations, this paper propose process dimension route graph to describe di-mension relation of parts in machining process. Use the English letters with subscript present each process el-ement of parts in machining process. Use directed line segment present process dimension between the benchmark and process element. According to the process sequence of part, process dimension route graph can be obtained by using tree diagram to draw the process dimension. Route graph can intuitively describe the relationship of all the process dimensions and describe the processing sequence and each process bench-mark, which is easy to establish a full dimension model and is suitable for computer aided process dimension and tolerance design.
