摘要
对零件在加工过程中的各加工要素用带下标的文字描述其特征,在此基础上提出一种描述零件加工工艺尺寸路线的方法———工艺尺寸路径图,该图描述了零件全部设计尺寸及加工余量与工序尺寸之间的关系,同时也描述了各个要素的加工基准和加工顺序,利用工艺尺寸路径图可方便地对零件加工工艺路线进行优化。
This paper proposesa method of describing the technology dimension route using the letters with subscript to describe the characters of the elements in part process. The relations among design dimension ＆ margins and process dimension, and the benchmark of process elements and process sequence are described in the schematic. It is convenient to use the schematics to opti- mize the technology dimension route.
