摘要
建立了顶空－气相色谱法检测琥珀酸美托洛尔中残留溶剂（丙酮和异丙醇）的测定方法．被测样品的各个组分在非极性弹性石英毛细管柱上能有效分离；在0．001～0．300 mg／mL浓度范围内，线性相关系数R≥0．9990；加标回收率为90．73％～104．80％，相对标准偏差为0．76％～11．85％（ n＝5），方法的检出限为2．00μg／mL．该方法检测琥珀酸美托洛尔中的残留溶剂重现性好，定量准确，便于操作．
A method is set up which detects residual solvents that remains in metroprolol succinate by headspace chromatogra-phy.External reference method and headspace auto-sample injection is used through nonpolarity flexibility quartz capillary chromato-graphic column and get a good effect.The linear range is from 0.001 to 0.300 mg/mL, the correlation coefficient R≥0.9990;stand-ard solution spiked levels from 0.001 to 0.300 mg/mL, the recovery rate is 90.73%to 104.80%, and the relative standard deviation is from 0.76%to 11.85%, the detection limit of method is 1.00μg/mL.This method of determining metroprolol succinate has a good reproducibility,nice quantitative and the operation is very easy.
