摘要
目的:研究芪蓉润肠口服液治疗阿片类药物所致便秘的临床效果。方法:采用随机对照研究,将82例因阿片类药物所致便秘的患者随机分为两组:治疗组42例(予芪蓉润肠口服液每次20 m L,tid)与对照组40例(予乳果糖口服液每次15 m L,tid)。记录两组患者治疗的有效率及治疗前后排便频率、排便时间、大便性状、排便困难程度评分的变化情况。结果:治疗组的总有效率为95.2%,对照组的总有效率为72.5%,两组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组各症状指标均有显著改善,且治疗组治疗后在排便频率、时间及困难程度评分方面与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:芪蓉润肠口服液能有效增加阿片类药物导致便秘患者的排便频率,缩短排便时间,减轻排便困难程度。
Objective：To observe the effect ofQirong Runchang oral liquid in the treatment of constipation caused by opioid medicine.Methods：A total of 82 patients with constipation taking opioid medicine were randomized into two groups; the treatment group （42 patients） was treated withQirong Runchang oral liquid （20 mL, tid）, the control group （40 patients） was treated with lactulose oral liquid （15 mL, tid）. The constipation conditions in respect of frequency, time, dififculty of defecation and stool property were recorded and accessed by score system.Results： The overall efifcacy in treatment group and in control group was 95.2% and 72.5% respectively; the efifcacy was signiifcantly different in these two groups （P〈 0.05）. The symptom indexes in both of two groups improved obviously after treatment, and the constipation conditions in respect of frequency, time, dififculty of defecation in treatment group were better than those in control group with statistical signiifcance （P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion：Qirong Runchang oral liquid could effectively improve the constipation symptoms such as increasing frequency, shortening time and relieving dififculty of defecation.
