摘要
采用油脂加工废料经过提纯和胺化可得到生物降解型润湿剂CQ-WBP。其润湿性在油相中对重晶石表面润湿性改变及降解性进行了评价,最后将其引入到油基钻井液(包括白油、柴油、合成基)体系进行综合性能评价。实验结果表明,研制出的生物降解型润湿剂CQ-WBP对亲水和亲油表面均具有改变其润湿性效果,有效地促使重晶石在油相(白油、柴油、合成基)中润湿性改变和分散性能,其生物降解率最高可以达到80%。引入生物降解型润湿剂CQ-WBP的油基钻井液(白油、柴油、合成基)后,其乳化稳定性均在400 v,流变性稳定,滤失性较好,特别是高温高压滤失性能均小于5 m L。
Biodegradation oil- base drilling fluid wetting agent CQ- WBP was synthesized by purification and amination of oils / fats waste materials. Its barite surface wettability changes in oil solution and biodegradability were analyzed. The combination properties of CQ- WBP added in oil- base drilling fluid( including white oil,diesel oil,synthetic oil) were evaluated. The results showed that the CQ- WBP could change the wetting property of the both hydrophilic and hydrophobic surface,and the CQ- WBP could change the barite surface wettability and dispersion properties. The biodegradation rate of wetting agent CQ- WBP was more than 80%. After adding the wetting agent CQ- WBP,the emulsion breaking voltage of the oil- base drilling fluid was more than 400 V,the rheological property was stable,the filtration property was less than 5ml in high temperature and high pressure.
