摘要
针对渤海辽东湾JZ20-2-S4井在钻探过程中打开高压气层后钻遇断层裂缝带,而发生井漏、井涌的复杂情况,并结合该井的特点,在最大立压16.2MPa,套压8.12MPa的情况下,采用常规堵漏剂加重晶石沉淀与注水泥堵漏措施相结合的方法,共耗费重晶石1219t,泥浆1119m3,水泥浆20.37m3,经过20d的工作,取得了压井堵漏的成功。
During drilling of well JZ20 2 S4 in Liaodong bay, Bohai Gulf, a fault fracture belt was encountered after drilling into high pressure gas layer, thus resulted in lost circulation and kick. Considering the features of this well, under the condition of 16.2 MPa of stand pipe pressure, 8.12 MPa of casing pressure, the well was successfully killed and plugged by combining cementing with injecting conventional lost circulation additive weighted by barite. The job used 1 219 t of barite, 1 119 m 3 of mud, 20.37 m 3 of cement slurry, and taked the time of 20 d.
