摘要
针对学生不同时期的引导需求和教育特点,优化教育资源合理配置。采用调查法、对比法和模型建立法,将高校青年的教育时期分为共青团员、积极分子、预备党员和正式党员四个阶段进行系统分析。建立了高校共青团员与党员教育一体化系统模型,使高校学生在不同阶段的思想教育更有效,资源更节约,结构更合理。构建一体化系统,使学生思想教育更有效、资源更节约。
In view of the features of guidance and education of students in various periods and the optimization of educational resources, investigation, comparison and mode building were combined to analyze the four stages of college education periods： members of Communist Youth League, activists, probationary Party members and Party members. An integrated system mode was built for educating college Youth League members and Party members for the sake of more efficient ideological education, more economical educational resources allocation and more rational structure in different periods.
