摘要
为增强学生的主体观,把大学生的行为准则内化为自身品质,实现学生自我教育,采用了多次学生骨干作用考评的方法,分析了现有的学生骨干作用考评模型,提出了调整和细化实施学生骨干作用考评的模型,进一步促进学生的自我教育。
To enhance students＇ subject concept,help them internalize codes of conduct and realize their self-education,student elite roles were evaluated several times to analyze the existing evaluation model of student elite roles.Suggestions are then pointed out to adjust and refine the evaluation model to further promote students＇ self-education.
