摘要
以杭州图书馆的绩效评估为例,建立了基于平衡计分卡的公共图书馆服务绩效评价新模型,设计了包含财务、顾客、内部流程、学习发展四个维度的公共图书馆绩效评估体系,提高公共图书馆服务的工作效率。
Taking the performance evaluation of Hangzhou Library as an example, this paper builds the new model of performance evaluation of public library service based on the balanced scorecard, designs the performance evaluation index system includes four dimensions of financial, customer, internal process and learning to develop, in order to improve the efficiency of public library services.
