摘要
为了提高天津某石化公司设计的加热炉控制系统的控制精度,设计了一种基于西门子可编程逻辑控制器和触摸屏综合应用方法.首先采用西门子S7-300系列中央处理器模块作为主控单元,通过接口对温度变送器接受到的信号进行采集,然后中央处理器运行程序对采集的信号进行处理,处理的信号送到燃烧机,自动调节燃烧机的输出功率,控制加热炉系统中的温度,构成一个闭环系统.通过触摸屏对实时参数进行监控,显示系统各部分的运行状态,保持热载体及被加热介质温度在设定范围之内,达到了保证工艺温度、优化燃烧、节能运行的目的.
To improve control precision of heating furnace control system designed by a petrochemical company in Tianjin ,a heating-furnace control system composed of Siemens programmable logic control-ler and touch screen was designed .First ,the signals received by the temperature transmitter were col-lected through the interface ,using the Siemens S7-300 series central processing unit module as the main control unit .The collected signals were processed by the program running in the central processing u-nit ,and then they were sent to the burner ,adjusting automatically the output power of the burner and controlling the temperature of the system ,which composed a closed-loop system .The real-time param-eters were monitored through the touch screen to show the running state of every parts of system and to keep the temperature of the heat carrier and the heated medium within the set range ,which realizes keeping process temperature ,optimizing combustion and saving energy .
