从锅炉的发展情况,PLC选型,系统软硬件设计,上下位机通信,组态程序开发设计等几个方面进行介绍。通过PLC实现的温度控制系统具有调试简洁、价格低廉、易于维修等优势,并且容易拓展到相应的工控领域.移植性较好。对工控发展具有重要的意义。
The paper was introduced the system from aspects of development situation, PLC type selection, design of software and hardware, upper and lower computer communication and development design of configuration program. Temperature con- trol system, realized by PLC, had advantages of easy debugging, low cost, easy maintenance, easy extension to corresponding fields and better portability, which had significance to develop industrial control.
