摘要
教学运行管理是学校组织实施教学最核心、最重要的管理,只有完善教学运行管理,才能保证教学工作的有序进行,这对于处于转型中的国家开放大学地方学院来说尤为重要。本文从实际出发,分析了国开地方学院在教学运行管理中存在的问题,并提出了相应的对策。
The teaching operation management is the most important and core in the school management system. The perfection of the management will ensure the teaching order,which is more important for the local colleges of open university experiencing the transformation. This paper explores the existing issues in the local colleges and puts forward some countermeasures.
