摘要
针对目前我国村镇规划和建设存在的问题,通过国外区位理论与实践研究,提出统筹城乡构建层次分明、产业关联的区域村镇体系,加强基础设施建设、提升公共服务功能,设施建设应兼顾效率与公平的我国村镇规划与建设对策和建议。
Aiming at the problems of rural planning and construction in our country, with foreign location theo- ry and practice research, I think regional rural system should be set up between urban and rural areas, together with industry associations. We should strengthen the construction of infrastructure and improve the public service. Infras- tructure projects should give attention to both efficiency and fairness.
