摘要 邻牙、对颌牙及颞下颌关节损伤是牙拔除术中较为严重的并发症,一旦发生,易引发医患矛盾。本文针对邻牙、对颌牙以及颞下颌关节损伤的原因、临床表现、处理和预防进行阐述,为口腔外科医生的临床操作提供参考。 The adjacent tooth,opposing tooth and temporomandibular joint injury are serious complications during procedure of tooth extraction,which would lead to medical malpractice and disputes. This article will introduce the causes of complications,the clinical manifestations,the treatment methods and precautionary measures of the adjacent tooth,opposing tooth and temporomandibular joint injury. We hope that we can provide a reference for oral surgeons in clinical practice.
