摘要
目的:探讨方丝弓托槽片段弓技术对外伤脱位牙固定疗效与邻牙关系。方法:选择外伤性不完全脱位牙患者43例(75颗),依据脱位牙两侧邻牙状况(2个牙位内,其中邻牙正常、次邻牙异常不计在内)进行分组。邻牙缺失、萌出不全或伴有牙周病引起的松动为治疗组;邻牙正常为对照组,均采用片段弓技术进行单颌固定,固定6周;记录外伤、固定、邻牙及基牙状况。结果:邻牙缺失、萌出不全或伴有牙周病引起的松动与邻牙正常比较,片段弓技术对外伤脱位牙的固定疗效、基牙损伤均有显著性差异。结论:邻牙缺失、萌出不全或伴有牙周病引起的松动的病例,片段弓技术对脱位牙固定疗效差,基牙损伤率高;邻牙正常,该技术脱位牙固定疗效确切、基牙损伤率小。
Objiective To elucidate the relationship between the effectiveness of the segmental arch technique on fixing avulsed permanent teeth and abutment. Methods 43 cases （75 teeth） were chosen and divided by two groups by random, according to both abutment teeth whether adjacent teeth is nomal and second one is anormaly,The test group including cases with adjacent teeth absence, incomplete eruption, abutment teeth loosing with periodontal disease.The control group are the cases with normal abutment teeth. All the abutment teeth were taken the mono -maxillary fixation for six week with segmental arch technique and then we record the state of injury, fixing and abutment teeth. Results Comparision adjacent teeth absence, incomplete eruption, abutment teeth loosing with periodontal disease, the effectiveness of the segmental arch technique on fixing avulsed permanent teeth is significant difference. Conclusion The cases＇ effectiveness of the segmental arch technique on fixing avulsed permanent teeth with adjacent teeth absence, incomplete eruption, abutment teeth loosing with periodontal disease is bad and the incidence of abutment teeth injury is high; on the contray The cases＇ effectiveness of the segmental arch technique on fixing avulsed permanent teeth with normal adjacent teeth is well and the incidence of abutment teeth injury is high.
