摘要
[目的]探讨优质护理服务对口支援跟班培训模式的应用效果。[方法]选取来我院接受优质护理服务跟班培训的护理骨干81人作为研究对象,采用理论与实践相结合的跟班培养模式进行培训,并通过问卷评价研究对象的优质护理服务掌握程度和评价情况。[结果]跟班培训后研究对象对优质护理服务的掌握程度和评价均明显高于培训前(P<0.05)。[结论]优质护理服务对口支援跟班培训效果明显,培训模式可继续深入研究和推广应用。
Objective：To probe into the application effect of high quality nursing service counterpart support at-tendant training mode.Results：A total of 81 nursing backbone receiving high quality nursing service attendant training in our hospital were selected as the study objects,and they received the attendant training mode combi-ning theory and practice,then to evaluate the study objects’mastering degree and their evaluation on high quali-ty nursing service through the questionnaire.Results：The mastering degree and evaluation of study objects on high quality nursing service after attendant training were significant higher than that before attendant training （P 〈0.05）.Conclusion：The effect of high quality nursing service counterpart support attendant training is sig-nificant,and the training mode could continue to be studied further and applied widely.
