摘要
参考美国JCAHO的管理思想和架构,针对我国国情及心血管专科医院特点,以患者安全目标为核心,以组织管理、规章制度、人员培训和重症部门护士分层管理为依托,打造了具有心血管专科特色的患者护理安全管理体系,并进行了深入研究和扎实实践。此举促进了心血管疾病患者住院诊疗过程中护理各个环节的标准化、规范化,消除了护理安全隐患,有效改善了临床结局。
Referencing to JCAHO＇s management philosophy and framework, and directed towards conditions and characteristics of cardiovascular hospitals in China, we built a patient security management system. In this system, we regarded the goals of patient safety as the core, and based it on organization management, establishing rules and regulations, staff training as well as stratiifed management of nurses in intensive departments. These helped promote standardization and normalization of all processes during patients＇ stay in hospital, eliminated nursing potential safety hazards and effectively improved clinical outcome.
