摘要
通过分析历史与现实,验证我国男足职业化改革既存在历史的逻辑起点,也存在现实的逻辑起点。这使得职业化改革呈现出政府主导、复杂与渐进、逐步演化等特点。由此认为,这些客观条件决定着我国男足职业化改革必须是计划的循序进行而不是要求迅速建立完全由社会资本控制的"职业联盟"市场经济主体。同时,还探寻了我国男足职业化改革的博弈演化路径,解析了职业化以来各种利益矛盾与相关制度的发展是源于博弈主体彼此反复博弈所达成的均衡或者是均衡的打破。指出,只有在客观认识联赛历史与现实的逻辑起点限制的基础上实施管办分离,才能保障中国足球超级联赛的可持续发展。
Through the analysis of history and reality, this paper verifies that there are both a logical starting point of history and a logical starting point of reality in the occupational reform of Chinese football. And this makes the occupational reform take on such characteristics as government-led, complex and progressive, and gradual evolution. Therefore, these objective conditions determine that occupational reform of Chinese football must be planned sequentially rather than a quickly-built ＂professional league＂ , a market economy main body entirely controlled by social capital. At the same time, this paper also explores the evolutionary game path in the occupational reform of Chinese football, and discusses that after the reform, all sorts of conflicts of interest and the related law system are derived from the repeated game balance and repeated upsetting the balance. It points out that only the implementation of ＂government regulation separate from management ＂ based on viewing objective understanding of the league＇s history and reality as the logical starting point can ensure the sustainable development of China Football Super league.
