摘要
建立了Listerine漱口水中挥发性成分的GC-MS/SIM定量检测方法。采用HP-5MS 5 Phenyl-Methyl Siloxane(30 m×0.25 mm×0.25 m)弹性石英毛细管柱,80℃-250℃程序升温,以联苯作为内标物,采用GC-MS的全扫描方式(Full Scan)和选择离子检测方式(SIM)对漱口水中桉叶油素、薄荷醇、水杨酸甲酯和麝香草酚进行定性和定量分析。桉叶油素、薄荷醇、水杨酸甲酯和麝香草酚线性范围分别为1.15-276μg/m L(r=0.9979),1.23-299.16μg/m L(r=0.9997),1.47-354μg/m L(r=0.9998),1.24-299.4μg/m L(r=0.9989);检出限(LOD)分别为12.4,12.4,11.5,14.8 ng/m L;平均回收率为92%-109%,RSD为4.1%-5.0%。
A new method for the determination of volatile component in listerine collutoria by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry with selected ion monitor( GC-MS / SIM) was developed. Qualitative and quantitative analysis of eucalyptol,menthol,wethy1 salicylate and thymol in collutoria were performed by GC-MS in full-scan and selected ione monitoring( SIM) modes on a HP-5MS 5 phenyl-methyl siloxane column with temperature program from 80 ℃ to 250 ℃ and biphenyl as the internal standard. Results showed the linear ranges of eucalyptol,menthol,methyl salicylate,thymol were 1. 15 - 276 μg / m L( r = 0. 9979),1. 23 - 299. 16μg /m L( r = 0. 9997),1. 47 - 354 μg /m L( r = 0. 9998) and 1. 24 - 299. 4 μg /m L( r = 0. 9989),respectively.The detection limits for them were 12. 4,12. 4,11. 5 and 14. 8 ng / m L,respectively. The recoveries were 108%- 121% and the RSDs were 4. 1% - 5. 0%.
