摘要
目的建立无梗五加根挥发油指纹图谱的测定方法。方法采用GC法进行色谱分离,用相似度评价软件处理数据。采用HP-5毛细管色谱柱(30 m×0.25 mm,0.25μm),程序升温,流速1.5 m L·min-1,FID为检测器,进样量1μL。结果 GC特征图谱以反式-橙花叔醇为参照物,确定了29个特征峰,建立了19批药材的共有图谱。结论所用方法简便、准确、可靠,可为不同产地无梗五加根的鉴别、质量评价及质量标准的制定提供依据。
OBJECTIVE To develop a fingerprint determination method of the volatile components from the root of Acanthopanax sessiliflorus. METHODS GC method was applied in the separation and the data was analyzed by similarity evaluation software. HP -5 capillary chromatographic column (30 m ×0.25 mm, 0.25 μm) and programmed temperature were used at the flow rate of 1.5 mL·min^-1 with FID detector;the injection volume was 1 μL. RESULTS 29 common peaks were identified in chromatograms with refer- ence to trans - nerolidol from the 19 batches of samples. CONCLUSION The method is simple, accurate, reliable, and provides a new basis for quality evaluation and quality standard.
