牙体牙髓临床治疗 Ⅵ．根管治疗后疾病 被引量：11

摘要 根管治疗后疾病（post-treatment endodontic disease，PED）是指根管治疗后患牙的根尖周病变未愈合或出现新的根尖周病变，病理学特征主要表现为根尖周组织的炎症。研究发现，约35％～93％的牙在根管治疗后出现PED，有PED的患牙经再次根管治疗的成功率仅为40％～85％左右。了解PED的病因、诊断和治疗方法将有助于提高PED的治疗成功率。
