摘要
综述了高固含量低粘度丙烯酸酯乳液聚合的研究进展,介绍了粒度、乳化体系、单体等因素对聚合反应的影响.着重评述了常规乳液聚合、种子乳液聚合以及新型乳液聚合技术在制备高固含量低粘度丙烯酸酯乳液中的应用,最后简要分析了目前存在的问题并展望了今后该乳液聚合研究方向.
The recent development of acrylic ester emulsion polymerization with high solid content and low viscosity was reviewed.Effects of particle size distribution,emulsification system and monomer on polymerization were introduced.Conventional emulsion polymerization,seed emulsion polymerization and the new type of emulsion polymerization techniques in the development of preparation of high solid content and low viscosity emulsion were summarised chiefly.Finally,current problems and prospects of the future research on the emulsion are proposed.
