摘要
为确保己16-17-23120开切眼支护安全有效,对己16-17-23120开切眼所处地质条件以及受上覆戊组煤柱应力集中情况进行分析,得出己16-17-23120开切眼下段0~170 m处于应力增高区,上段170~220 m处于应力降低区。据此,提出己16-17-23120开切眼上段采用全锚支护,下段采用梯棚+全锚联合支护,扩切眼后补打木垛、托棚补强的支护方案,并确定了具体的支护参数。切眼围岩变形监测结果显示:切眼顶底板最大移近量470 mm,最大移近速度4.94 mm/d;两帮移近量490 mm,最大移近速度5.15 mm/d。现场施工表明,该支护方式成功控制了切眼顶板,确保了采面支架的顺利安装。
To ensure open-off cut supporting safe and effective on V116-17-23120 working face, the geological conditions of open-off cul and stress concentration of overlying strata were analysed on V/1617-23120 working face. It was proposed that, the lower segment of open- off cut(0 ~ 170 m) belongs to stress-concentrated area, and the upper segment of open-off cut( 170- 220 m) belongs to stress-relaxed area. Based on this,relevant supporting plan was proposed in the paper:firstly,the whole bolt supporting was used in the lower segment of open-off cut;secondly, the whole bolt supporting combined with ladder tents were used in the upper segment of open-off cut;finally, timber crib and the supporting shed were used to improve the effects of supporting after the open-off cut was expanded. Supporting pa- rameters were also determined in detail. Monitoring results have shown that, the maximum convergence between roof and floor of the open-off cut is 470 mm,and the maximum convergence speed between roof and floor is 4.94 mm/d;the maximum convergence quantity of the two sides is 490 mm,and the maximum convergence speed is 5. 15 mm/d. Practices have shown that,this supporting method can effectively control the roof of the open-off cut, and can ensure the smooth installation of supports.
