富水破碎顶板大断面开切眼围岩控制技术 被引量:10

Study on Surrounding Rock Control Technology of Large Cross Section Open-off Cut with Watery Broken Roof

摘要 为解决麻家梁矿富水顶板条件下松软破碎大断面开切眼难以维护的问题,采用理论分析、试验模拟和现场观测的手段,揭示了富水破碎顶板围岩大断面开切眼支护失效的主要原因,采用分步联合支护、顶板疏水、定点注浆加固及封水相协调的技术,对开切眼的稳定状况进行了现场观测。结果表明:钻孔疏放顶板水近2.5万m3,有效克服了顶板水对巷道围岩和支护体的影响,一次成巷区段顶板下沉量控制在400 mm以内,二次扩帮区段顶板下沉量控制在250 mm以内。 In order to solve difficult support problems of the soft and broken large cross section open-off cut under the watery roof condition in the Mine of Datong, a theoretical analysis, experiment simulation and site observation means were applied to reveal the main support failure causes of the large cross section open-off cut with watery roof and broken surrounding rock.A step by step combined support ,roof water drainage, fixed point grouting reinforcement and water sealing coordinated technology were applied to the site observation on the stability conditions of the open-off cut.The results showed that roof water drainage with boreholes was about 25 000 m3 and the roof water affected to the surrounding water and supports of the gateway was effectively overcome.The subsidence value of the roof in the sections of the once completed driving gateway was controlled within 400 ram.The subsidence value of the roof in the sections of the secondary enlarged sidewalls was controlled within 250 mm.
